Sessions start from the pool at 7 pm as usual

The sessions will follow the Public Health England One You Couch to 5K app, so if you are unable to make a night, you can run it in your own time and keep up with the group. The first few weeks are walk/jog sessions to build confidence, stamina and strength and over nine weeks you will build up to being able to run for 30 minutes without a break. To achieve this you will need to commit to 3 runs a week, but these do not all need to be with the group, as you will have the app to follow. The One you couch to 5K app is freely available for smartphones and it is advised you have this to use.
