The Drogo 10 is an exciting and challenging 10 mile multi-terrain Fell Race which takes in views of the stunning Teign Valley, with a total climb in the region of 1760 ft. The start and finish is at Drogo Castle, a stunning property on the edge of the Dartmoor National park, owned by the National Trust and half of all entry proceeds are donated to them.
This years event was attended by 5 Harriers; Simon, Nikki, Susan, Linda and Johnny.
As the race coincided with remembrance Sunday, a minute's silence was observed, before the start. The course is off road, with some very challenging accents, but runners are rewarded magnificent views.
All harriers made it back safely and were rewarded with a rather splendid long sleeve top, ideal for winter runs!
